Building Code Board of Appeals

The purpose of the Building Board of Appeals is to hear appeals to decisions of the Building Official.  Appeals must be submitted in writing to the Board.  An appeal must be heard within five days of receipt of the appeal, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays.
