The Town of Somers is pleased to announce the opening of a public bid for the demolition and site restoration of the former Somersville Mill Facility located at 40 Maple Street in Somers, CT. The public bid period will open on Saturday, April 22, 2017 and close at 3:30 P.M. Eastern Time on Wednesday, May 31, 2017. This project is partially funded by the State of Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development, and the entire scope of work must be performed using prevailing wages.
