Cultural Commission
The Cultural Commission was established in 1993. Its mission is to promote cultural programs and activities in Somers.
The Commission sponsors varied and interesting events throughout the year. It receives a small stipend from the town, other funds are raised independently and by receiving donations from the people in town.
Most events sponsored by the Cultural Commission are free but donations are always welcome. Piedmont Hall is the focal point of our events and meetings.
