The Somers Senior Center is open Monday - Friday  8am to 4pm.
The Center is CLOSED on holidays when Town of Somers offices are
closed and when schools are closed due to inclement weather.

Please come down to the Senior Center soon. We would love to meet
you and hear your suggestions for new programming and events.

The Senior Center "Face Lift"... Somers awarded STEAP Grant

We have received a fresh coat of paint throughout the building,
new window blinds and other improvements thanks to the BOS
and CO Jeff Stannard and his work crew from CT DOC Willard Cibulski.
It looks GREAT and there are more improvements to come...
1st Selectman Lisa Pellegrini was notified that we were awarded
a STEAP Grant of $220,000 which will include expansion of the Senior Center, repaving of the parking lot and a new sidewalk which will extend from the Center to Woodcrest and the Battle Street Cemetery.
Look for more updates in the months to come.



Watercolor Classes
Wednesdays & Saturdays 1 - 4pm  
Each session will run for 4 weeks.
There is a $2/week fee
