We will be limiting access to Town Hall except by appointment for those essential services that require face to face contact.  A lot of Town business can be done from a distance; we have drop boxes in front of Town Hall, as well as mail-in and on-line options. If business can be handled without an in-person visit to Town Hall buildings, we recommend that these alternative be utilized. Board of Selectmen Meeting May 5th at 4pm Regarding the Town Budget

On Tuesday May 5th at 4:00pm the Board of Selectmen will be meeting, authorizing the Board of Finance to adopt the budget and set the mill rate.  In accordance with the Governor’s Executive Order 7I, article 13, the Town’s Annual Budget shall be adopted without holding votes or complying with in-person budget adoption requirements.  We urge residents having any  questions with regards to the Town Budget please contact the First Selectman Bud Knorr at bknorr@somersct.gov ,  CFO, Michael Marinaccio at mmarinaccio@somersct.gov  or the Assistant Finance Director Brian Wissinger at  bwissinger@somersct.gov .
