  1. Discussion and Possible Action on the amendments of Ordinance 179-14 – 179-21 to amend the local tax relief program. The Board of Selectmen held a public hearing on October 2, 2025, at 7:00pm to take public comment on the amendment of the local tax relief program of Ordinance 179-14 – 179-21.

 

 

Proposed motion – adopt the Ordinance 179-14 -179-21 to amend the local tax relief program and to be effective 15 days after publication, the publication will be published in summary form.

 

  1. Approval of STV Contract for the Somers Elementary HVAC and Authorize First Selectman to Sign All Documents. Brian Wissinger

 

  • Approval of Minutes of October 16, 2025, Regular Meeting of the Board of Selectmen.

The Board of Selectmen waives the reading of the minutes of the Regular

Meeting from October 16, 2025, and that minutes of said meeting be approved.
