Notice is hereby given that a Special Town Meeting will be held on Thursday, December 1, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Auditorium, 600 Main Street, Somers, Connecticut to act on the following item

1. Elect a Moderator
2. Discuss and Approve of the  Intertown Capital Equipment (ICE) Grant Purchase Incentive Program Between Towns of Ellington, East Windsor & Somers
3. To act on any other matter that may properly come before the Meeting
