Special Town Meeting

Notice is hereby given that a Special Town Meeting will be held on Thursday, September 29, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Auditorium, 600 Main Street, Somers, Connecticut to act on the following items

1. Elect a Moderator
2. Discuss and act on a resolution authorizing the Town to acquire a drainage easement from Patrick & Brittany Dwyer, 286 Mountain Road
3. Discuss and act on a resolution authorizing the Town to acquire a drainage easement from Michael A. and Kerry G. Monteiro, 301 Mountain Road
4. Discuss and act on a resolution authorizing the First Selectman to execute all documents necessary to acquire the easement described above.
