1. Discussion/Possible Decision: Application #714: 212 Four Bridges Road. In-ground pool in the upland review area. Juliano’s Pools.
III. NEW BUSINESS
1. Modification of Permit #712: 22 Bridle Path Drive. Septic system and grading in the upland review area, associated with construction of a new house. Applicant is requesting a change in the limit of disturbance to allow installation of a curtain drain that will require installation and discharge adjacent to the wetland. Richard McCullough.
2. Modification and Extension of Permit #662: 349 Main Street. New parking lot in upland review area. 349 Main Street LLC. Applicant is asking to modify the surface of the grass/gravel parking area to a paved parking area, with additional modifications to stormwater management. Applicant is also requesting an extension of the wetland permit, which is set to expire on December 5, 2017.
3. Jurisdictional Determination: 12 and 18 Sokol Road. Forestry harvest within the upland review area of a watercourse. Joe Quirk.
