Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectman of Somers, CT will hold a public hearing and meeting on Thursday, March 07, 2019, at 6:00 P.M. in Town Hall, 600 Main Street, Somers, CT to consider the following:

Adoption of the Illicit Discharge and Connection Stormwater Ordinance in accordance with the Town of Somers General Permit for the Discharge of Stormwater from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4) Pursuant to Section 22a-430b of the Connecticut General Statutes.

A copy of the proposed ordinance can be found on the Town’s website here: https://www.somersct.gov/download/Town%20Departments/Public%20Works/stormwater/Draft_IDDE_Ordinance.pdf and is available for review in the Land Use Office of the Somers Town Hall.
