The Somers board of Selectmen will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 21, 2022 at 7:00pm in the Town Hall Auditorium, 600 Main Street, Somers, CT to receive public comments on the following:
- To establish a Trespassing Ordinance for any person to enter or be upon, or have a vehicle parked upon the Following Town-owned properties each day from one-half hour after sundown to sunrise the following day; without Permission.
A copy of the full ordinance can be found at the Town Clerks office. At this hearing, interested person may be heard and written communications received.

The Somers board of Selectmen will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 21, 2022 immediately following the Trespassing Ordinance Public Hearing at 7pm in the Town Hall Auditorium, 600 Main Street, Somers, CT to receive public comments on the following:
- To establish an ordinance prohibiting the consumption or possession of Alcoholic beverages and cannabis products in or on any town-owned building or town owned property.
