B.W has requested specific RFP ideas for expansion of Center Cemetery outer ring design. RFP has not been written. Map of outer area to be provided by B.W.

2. Ordinance concerning cremated remains on town Status report
3. Finalize job description of the (One item left.)
4. Rules & Regulations subcommittee (members/working meeting date/s)

Goal: Rewrite/ condense rules that need updating. Write new rules as needed. Examine the need to align with the rules of cemeteries within the larger Hartford & Tolland County area. Redesign booklet as needed. (No meetings scheduled yet.)

Goal: Find a system that best fits the needs of the town. B.W is requesting a special meeting of the committee to meet with a vendor he has invited to present. (Vendor not identified. Date not set.)
