LEGAL NOTICE

The Somers Water Pollution Control Authority held a public
hearing at the Somers Town Hall on May 4, 2021 at 7:15 P.M.

After hearing public comments on the proposed 2021-22 sewer
user rates for the Somersville Sewage Treatment Facility and for
the Maple Ridge Community/On-Site systems, the following rates
were established:

Somersville Sewage Treatment Facility $290.00 per EDU

Maple Ridge Comm./O.S. System $165.00 per EDU

Said budgets are on file in the office of the Somers Town Clerk.

The 2021-22 Sewer User Bills will become due and payable on
October 1, 2021.

NOTICE: Zoning Commission meeting cancelled

The Somers Zoning Commission regular meeting and public hearing scheduled for Monday, April 5, 2021 has been cancelled.  The public hearing is postponed to Monday, April 19, 2021 at 6:30pm.
