OLD BUSINESS:  Discussion Related to Decision in "Hendel's Inc v. Somers Zoning Commission".

NEW BUSINESS:

Application#18-001 for: Driving Range 349 Main Street LLC, 349 Main Street; for modification of existing Special Use Permit to replace seasonal tent with 5,941 square foot pavilion with bar and construct 512 square foot outdoor stage.
