CIP/Capital Improvement Projects Committee

The CIP committee reviews, ranks and establishes, on an annual basis, the projects to be included in the town’s budget and monitors projects through completion. The board of finance appoints the members.

Committee meetings are scheduled by the chairman on an as needed basis.
