1. Request to create an Ad Hoc Senior Center Building Committee and Appoint the following 9 members.

2. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN APPROPRIATION OF $3,500,000 FOR ROAD AND PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS and THE FINANCING OF SAID APPROPRIATION BY THE ISSUANCE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS AND NOTES IN ANTICIPATION OF SUCH BONDS IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $3,500,000, AS WELL AS ESTABLISHING A DATE FOR A REFERENDUM

1. Notice of Special Town Meeting and Referendum
2. Provisionally call for a Special Town Meeting to be held at the Somers Town Hall Auditorium, 600 Main Street, Somers, Connecticut, on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at 7:00 pm to consider and discuss, but not vote on the resolution.
3.  Removes the resolution from the agenda of the Town Meeting and approve vote by voting machine and set the date for referendum on November 4, 2025, with early voting to begin on October 20, 2025.
4. Authorize the preparation and printing of explanatory text and other materials in accordance with section 9-369b.
5.  Discussion and Possible Action on the Somers Fire Fighters, Local 4282, IAFF Union Contract.
