- Zoning Commission to initiate the process to consider to opt out of the provisions of Public Act 21-29 with respect to Section 4(d)5 Temporary Health Structures, Section4(d)9 Parking requirements and Section 6 Accessory Dwelling Units, refer to the Planning Commission for comment, and schedule a public hearing.
- Planning referral: Request from Director of Public Works, Todd Rolland, to close a section of County Road between #17 and #70.

b. DEEP Bureau of Natural Resources is collecting fish community and water quality samples tomorrow, October 20. From Matt Devine: We’ve finalized a date for our fish community and water quality sample of Hurds Pond! We plan to sample the night of Thursday, 10/20. We will have a full crew but can likely accommodate another if someone is interested. I’ll be providing a detailed update on our findings after the sample. As a reminder, this sample will take place after dark.
