d. Wilkenson / Wood Obelisk Approval – notarized letter (& additional under new business)
e. Carol Peters: husband’s grave site, tree removal or replacement possibilities

New Business:
a. Fall Clean up dates / legal notice
b. Discussion / vote to approve or amend advertising for the columbarium rack card or creation of
additional PR. (Consider vote to approve design expenses.)
c. Calendar dates for 2021 meetings (normally done at the November meeting)
d. Columbarium “Plaza” discussion of possibilities. Crushed stone to start with an edging for safe
mowing has been suggested.
e. Communications given to the business office.
f. Additions to the meeting Adjournment
