Representatives from Colliers, Gilbane and C.E.S. will be present to update the Board on the
HVAC project.

Stephanie Levin, Director of Business Services, will update the Board on the monthly budget.

1. Warrant of September 9, 2024
The Board will review and consent to the warrant of September 9, 2024.
2. Resignation
Erin Murray, SHS Administrative Assistant to the Assistant Principal, is resigning effective
September 13, 2024. Erin has worked for SPS for one year.
3. Retirement
Meg Duffy, Somers High School Career Specialist, will retire on or about January 15, 2025 (the
conclusion of the first semester). Meg has been with SPS for 27 years. She was initially hired as a
consultant to develop a school-to-career program. The program was formally adopted by the BOE
in 2000.
