  1. Local Traffic Authority Request: Request Approval for the Enfield Police Department to hold their Annual Law Enforcement Ride-to-Remember, they will utilize state roadways in the Town of Somers on Saturday, September 6, 2025. Trooper Justin Preuss and Kim Littig

 

  1. Local Traffic Authority Request: Request from the Four Town Fair Association to utilize local and state roadways on, Saturday, September 13, 2025, for their annual Four Town Fair Parade. Trooper Justin Preuss and Kim Littig

 

  1. Local Traffic Authority Request: Request Approval of the Town of Somers Recreation and Leisure Services to utilize Battle Street for the Annual Holiday Festival on Saturday, December 6, 2025, from 4pm to 8pm. Trooper Justin Preuss and Kim Littig

A RESOLUTION OF TOWN OF SOMERS AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY

OF A LEASE PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH RESPECT TO THE ACQUISITION,

PURCHASE, FINANCING AND LEASING OF CERTAIN EQUIPMENT; AUTHORIZING THE

EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF DOCUMENTS REQUIRED IN CONNECTION THEREWITH;

AND AUTHORIZING ALL OTHER ACTIONS NECESSARY TO THE CONSUMMATION OF THE

TRANSACTIONS CONTEMPLATED BY THIS RESOLUTION
