- Discussion and Cancellation of the 1st Amendment to the Contract Between The State of Connecticut, Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection, Division of State Police. Authorizing the First Selectman to sign the cancellation eliminating one (1) State Trooper Effective June 30, 2017. The State Police shall provide the services of (2) Resident State Troopers thereafter in the new contract beginning July 1, 2017.
