A) Spring Photography Show – Update – JoAnn Batchelor
B) Summer Concert Series – Update – Ann Levesque – the 2 August entertainers (Corey and the Knightsmen and Robert Black) have both given email approval to change time from 7 to 9 pm to 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. due to shorter daylight hours. Now committee needs to discuss and vote and, if approved, make changes to flyer, notify public at beginning and during the summer concert series, etc.
C) Publicity Review – Ginny Lockwood
D) Scholarship Update – Bob Hall
E) 2017 Fund Raising Update – Dan Fraro and Ann Murphy
F) Outside flag update – JoAnn Batchelor and Neil Connell
5. New Business
A) Discussion of expenditure of yard signs for spring Photography Show and fall Art Show for enhanced publicity of these 2 events. Signs can be reused each year by just changing dates. Money comes out of DG Graphics support contribution.
