b. Investments – Morgan Stanley to be invited for September meeting.
c. American Legion -Date(s) for Flag postings. Requesting information on flat
medallions.
d. Sexton – Time line for install
e. Landscaper – Date for spring clean up
5. Old Business – Columbarium – Vote on pricing. Purchase price to be made available
through the business office for informational purposes even if sales are not yet ready to
be made. Cost of opening / closing to be discussed & voted on. Rules for use to be
finalized and voted on. Consideration of trifold flyer to be constructed for public hand
out at presentation session.
6. New Business –
a. Vote on dates for Spring cleanup. (A request for suggested dates had been made of
the Landscaper. No response as of 3.8.2020)
b. Discuss concern over flags & medallions. Date of Spring placement close to
Memorial Day. Concern over mowing around items and possible removal after
Fourth of July. Discussion will be held during American Legion segment if a
representative is present. If no representative present discussion during New
Business.
c. Discuss article for Quarterly town magazine on Columbarium. Discuss date of
presentation to the public. Discuss date on which sales can commence.
