TOWN CLERK’S OFFICE
This is a special meeting due to change of date from 9.8.21. Minutes will be
discussed for corrections. Vote to take place at next regularly scheduled meeting.

5. Old Business:
a. Columbarium – Committee report (see May minutes) 1. Add disinurnment
fee to rules. Vote to approve needed.
b. Columbarium lettering – See May minutes. (Jay – access to lettering
choices.)
c. Request for tree replacement (Simmons) report (DPW)
d. Report on request to join 2 sets of 2 graves each and prepare for a
combined stone.
e. Report on Columbarium Plaza project. (Photo copy of plan available at
meeting.)
New Business:
1. Motion, discussion and vote to move funds from Morgan – Stanley account to
Town account for payment of paving of Center Cemetery. Per request from Brian
Wissinger.
2. Motion, discussion and vote on dis-inurnment fees for columbarium.
3. Discussion with possible motion and vote on solution to issue of above ground
flag stakes vs ground level.
4. Questions to be prepared for person requesting annexation to Old West
Cemetery.
5. Approval of the proposed 2022 calendar.
6. Items to be place on the November meeting agenda.
