    C. Discussion of major clean up of multiple non-conforming sites. Removal of borders, fences, bird houses & feeders, hanging ornaments, statuary and decorations that may cause
    injury, or harm to cleaning crew or visitors. Items that may be causing delay of landscaping
    work.
    D. Beginning of review of published regulations in order to make any changes as
    needed. This should be at least a bi- annual project as practices in the industry change.
    E. Discussion of CIMS (not Simms as written in July minutes) software.(Free online demo requested by P. Loftus) Company is one of many who offer custom program to cloud based
    track cemetery management. Request input from David Morgan as a consultant.
