rules sign. Request that it be put nearer the road so it can be seen by more visitors. (Area where the full sign used to be.) 6. New Business
A. Discussion lead by David Morgan on vendor information for management software.
There may be grant monies according to Brian.
B. Continue review of published regulations in order to make any changes. Do a real cut and paste for a mock up? Consider a draft for January’s meeting? Committee mission statement to be included (passed last spring). Buy back policy passed last spring also needs to go to the BOS for approval. (Does this need refining and a revote?) Note one request made through both D.McC & B.W. with different outcomes.
C. Discuss plan for the “Open House” educational workshops at 2 locations (Town Hall & Senior Center) as considered prior. To include funeral director (pre-planning, sexton (standard & columbarium), committee representatives, possible request of input from Tim Keeney as a retired Probate Court Judge, Mapping on display, software overview possible. Ann Levesque’s input more than welcome. Possible dates? Early fall?
