1. Somers Elementary School HVAC & Electrical Improvement Project Superintendent Galloway received costs regarding upgrading the HVAC system at SES. Presently, the system does not recirculate fresh air into the building. The attached cost proposal is divided into three phases. The recommendation is to upgrade the HVAC system and replace it with a system that can recirculate air and provide air conditioning for the over six hundred students at SES. The Superintendent is seeking authorization to bring the recommended options, either doing a complete replacement of the system for $9.2 million or ventilation only for $4.5 million, to the Board of Finance on April 25, 2023. 2. 2022-2023
