    1. Set Annual Town Meeting to be held at the Somers Town Hall Auditorium, 600 Main Street, Somers, Connecticut on Tuesday, May 2, 2023, at 7:00 pm.

     

    1. Set Referendum date at Somers Town Hall Auditorium, 600 Main Street, Somers, Connecticut on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm.

     

    1. Appropriation and Bonding Resolution
    2. Discussion and vote to adopt, and recommend to the Board of Finance and to the electors and citizens eligible to vote at town meetings of the Town, the following Resolution:

    RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN APPROPRIATION OF $12,500,000 FOR THE SENIOR/COMMUNITY CENTER PROJECT and THE FINANCING OF SAID APPROPRIATION BY THE ISSUANCE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS AND NOTES IN ANTICIPATION OF SUCH BONDS IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $12,500,000, AS WELL AS ESTABLISHING A DATE FOR A REFERENDUM

     

     

     

     

     

     

    1. Notice of Special Town Meeting and Referendum
    2. Provisionally call for a Special Town Meeting to be held at the Somers Town Hall Auditorium, 600 Main Street, Somers, Connecticut on Tuesday, May 2, 2023, at 7:30 p.m., to consider and discuss (but not vote on) the resolution.
    3. Remove the resolution from the agenda of the Town Meeting and approve vote by voting machine and set the date for referendum on May 16, 2023.
    4. Authorize the preparation and printing of explanatory text and other materials in accordance with section 9-369b.

     

    1. Request for Separation Payout Payment for Allison Maynard in the amount of $15,354.12.
    2. Approve new rates and agreement from Buckley Cemetery Services for Foundations.
    3. Approve new rates for Town of Somers Charge for Foundations in Somers Cemeteries
