The Somers Conservation Commission, at a regular meeting on March 3, 2021, voted to approve:

1. App #743: 80 Denison Road.  Construction of a house, septic system, well, and driveway in the upland review.  Patsun Construction, Inc.  1 Condition.
2. App #744: 233 Ninth District Road.  Construction of an in-ground pool in the upland review area.  Juliano’s Pools.
