GRANTED:  #ZBA21-001 Steven and Joan Ellis, 35 Colonial Drive, Somers; seeking a variance from section 214-98 of the Somers Code concerning side yard setback requirement of 25’ (twenty-five feet) to construct an addition 16’ (sixteen feet) from the side property line in the Residential A zone.
