All dogs must be leashed and cats must be in carriers. Fenton Valley Veterinary Hospital is the provider.
PRICING-CASH ONLY: Rabies $10, Bordetella, $35, Lyme $40, Distemper $25 and 4DX Test $60.
Rabies vaccinations are required for all dogs, cats and ferrets in the State of Connecticut.
A ONE YEAR certificate will be issued, unless you provide proof of previous rabies vaccination. IN HAND tags are NOT ACCEPTABLE.
