The Town of Somers Inland Wetland Agent approved a minimal impact application for construction of an accessory building within the upland review area of a watercourse on September 15, 2020, located at 467 Main Street.
The Somers Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing this coming Monday, August 3rd at 6:30pm via teleconference; with limited in-person attendees; following the 25 person maximum as per executive orders.
Those attending in person must wear a face mask, and we ask that you limit attendance to one person per household if at all possible. The Town of Somers Inland Wetland Agent approved a minimal impact application for construction of a garage within the upland review area of a watercourse on July 21, 2020, located at 47 Horseshoe Lane.
