The Town of Somers Inland Wetland Agent approved a minimal impact application for construction of an accessory building within the upland review area of a watercourse on September 15, 2020, located at 467 Main Street.

The Somers Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing this coming Monday, August 3rd at 6:30pm via teleconference; with limited in-person attendees; following the 25 person maximum as per executive orders.

Those attending in person must wear a face mask, and we ask that you limit attendance to one person per household if at all possible.   Should we reach capacity, we will ask people to remain outside and join either via zoom, or follow the meeting on our live stream.  You will then be invited in as each person completes their statement to the commission, and exits the auditorium.
