The Town of Somers Inland Wetland Agent approved a minimal impact application for construction of a shed within the upland review area of a wetland on February 4, 2021, located at 27 Bobolink Lane.

At it’s regular meeting, the Somers Planning Commission approved a Special Use permit to allow Gingras Development to construct a 25 unit Detached and Semi-detached Housing Development at 23 Eleanor Road, Somers, CT with the following conditions:
- Revise Eleanor Road note on sheets 3, 4, 5, 8 & 9 from resurface to reconstruct road.
- Fire Chief John Roache to approve the hydrant locations.
- Bond amount to be approved by Town’s Consulting Engineer and properly posted.
- Street lighting plan be submitted.
